By submitting the form above and signing digitally below, I understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. The information included above is accurate, including the delivery address, email address and telephone number. I understand that any inaccuracies are my mistake and can result in delayed orders or complications with orders at no fault of Live Love Orlando.
2. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to submit the required payment immediately upon request. Any delays in payment will result in your order being canceled. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
3. A $250.00 deposit is required for booking and goes toward the final bill. Estimated balance will be due 24 hours prior with any invoicable balance due upon receipt and prior to delivery. Failures to pay estimated balance due will result in your order being delayed until the balance is received.
4. Orders can be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before delivery. Any orders canceled after the 72 hour window will be subject to a $100 cancelation fee. Any orders rescheduled after the 72 hour window will be subject to an additional $25 administrative fee.
5. Live Love Orlando will work with me to schedule items for pick up from one (1) store. If I request specific items from more than one store, an additional store fee of $25 per stop will be added. Live Love Orlando does not charge additional fees on groceries, household items or toiletries. I understand that items will be provided to me at cost and I will be given a receipt at the time of delivery.
6. Live Love Orlando will notify me of a delivery timeframe the day before my arrival. Timeframes are allocated based on location, access to the home or resort, etc. Live Love Orlando will do its best to stay within the delivery timeframe provided, but weather, traffic, item availability, and other factors may cause delivery delays. I understand that delivery delays, unless deemed significant, will not result in a refund or rebate of any kind from Live Love Orlando.
7. When my Live Love Orlando shopper begins fulfilling my order, I will make myself or a member of my party available to assist with any substitutions or added items. Failure to be available during the delivery process may result in canceled or refunded items at no fault of Live Love Orlando.
8. Live Love Orlando will not provide any refunds after delivery is complete. I understand that any false chargeback claims will result in the dissolution of future business arrangements, in addition to possible legal action. I agree to allow Live Love Orlando the opportunity to resolve any valid issues prior to filing any claims.
9. Live Love Orlando is not responsible for food quality, allergies, or illness that may result from the items requested. I am responsible for my list of items and letting Live Love Orlando know of any restrictions. If a member of my party is allergic to any food items, specifically those being stored in vacation rental fridges, I am aware that it is my responsibility to ensure the safety of my party.
