1 Cancel & Reschedule - By Client
PLEASE BE MINDFUL that canceling & rescheduling impacts both my income and that of other workers .
2 PLEASE PROVIDE 48 HOURS NOTICE IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL OR RESCHEDULE A CLEAN. WE UNDERSTAND THINGS HAPPEN AND WILL CHARGE A FEE IF ITS A REACCURING THING .
3 INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
We closely monitor the weather conditions when inclement weather advisory are in affect .If there's snow,ice,flooding,dangerous conditions we will be in contact with you to discuss the safety of our drive .top priority if safety please have a safe pathway to the house from the area we will be parking .
4 REFUNDS
LadyBug Cleaning Services LLC does not provide refunds under any circumstances . If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your services . please inform me on the same day of the cleaning . I will gladly return within 24 hours to address any issues we may have overlooked .
5 PAYMENTS
Payments is required at the conclusion of the cleaning service provided . We accept various methods ,including venmo ,checks, major credid cards.
6 Communication is key
I am a wife, mother , grandma , full time care giver to my 81 year old dad and a business owner ,im fully aware of how hectic life can become and how quickly chaos can ensue . Open communications regarding appointments ,needs , complaints , suggestions , concerns and praise allows us to grow and improve . There is always an opportunity for improvements .
7 Checklist
Checklist must be adhered to unless previously discussed . If you need a task completed that isnt included in the checklist ,all staff must consult management . Additional task may take extra time and incur an additional charge . If an employee is unable to complete a checklist item . it will be recorded along with the reason for the imcomplete task .
8 Heights
According yo our insurance policy , no one affiliated with Lady Bug Cleaning Services LLC is permitted to climb higher tahn 6 feet or more than a 2 step ladder . If we are unable to reach an item using our step ladder or other tools , we will not be able to complete that particular task .
Please be advised that some properties may be beyond our capabilities when there is excessive mold, pet urine/feces, live roaches, and/or bed bugs; service may be withheld due to health concerns.
WE USE MELALUCA ALL NATURAL CLEANING PRODUCTS
IF YOU HAVE A SUGGESTED PRODUCT WE WILL USE IT.
