    61st Annual WNY Maple Festival Saturday April 26th & Sunday April 27th, 2025 Franklinville, NY 14737
  • The WNY Maple Festival celebrates the rich history of maple producing in our community. This event was formed by the Franklinville Jaycee’s in 1963 to kick off the outdoor festival season and highlight local producers, their maple syrup, and maple products.  In 2024, we welcomed thousands of visitors and hosted 168 vendors, live music, maple producers, and a wide variety of events. 

    Location: Village of Franklinville (Park Square Historic District & Franklinville Central School) Use 32 N Main Street, Franklinville, NY 14737 for GPS. In 2023, the festival expanded outside of school grounds. All areas receive a high volume of visitors. 

    Event Date/Time: Saturday 4/26 9:30am-5pm AND Sunday 4/27 9:30am-4pm. The Annual King & Queen contest will be held on Friday 4/25 at 7PM inside the High School Auditorium.

  • Important Information:

    • WNY Maple Festival INC reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit not approved by it and to permit only such matter and conduct as it may approve. This reservation covers persons, things, conduct, printed matter, advertisements, souvenirs and emblems, and all else that affects the event.
    • This is a TWO DAY EVENT. All participants must operate on Saturday from 9:30am-5pm, AND Sunday from 9:30am-4pm.
    • This is a RAIN OR SHINE EVENT. There is no rain date. Exhibitors must supply a substantial tent or canopy for themselves.  In addition, tents MUST be properly secured with weights on each leg.
    • A $25 refundable set-up fee is charged for each exhibitor.  You are required to bring this with you to the event in the form of a check. A committee member will collect from you at checkin. If you are still up and running at 4:00 pm on SUNDAY, your check for $25.00 will be returned to you. The committee will start returning set-up checks at 4:00 pm on Sunday. If you have dismantled your booth or display or have otherwise started to “tear down” in any way prior to closing time, your $25 fee is forfeited in its entirety.
    • Exhibitor fees are non-refundable. Submission of vendor fees is not a contract of festival acceptance as this is a juried event. If a vendor is not accepted, they will receive a refund in full.

    ALL VENDORS NOTE: ONLY ITEMS LISTED ON THIS APPLICATION WILL BE ALLOWED FOR SALE IN YOUR BOOTH/TRUCK. Any items NOT listed here found in your booth/truck will be asked to be removed. If items found in your booth/truck differ substantially from what is listed here, you may be asked to leave the festival. No refunds for any reason.

    By submitting this application, I agree to consider this a commitment if accepted and to abide by all rules set forth by WNY Maple Festival, INC. 


    I also understand and agree to the following:  

    • Exhibitor Setup: Friday 4/25 (time TBD), Saturday & Sunday 7:30am-9am. 
      We supply the space, you supply the rest.
    • NO selling will be permitted on the grounds outside of your booth area.
    • No vendor vehicles may return to the grounds until the grounds are cleared of customers.
    • Property damage to Franklinville Central Schools, Village of Franklinville, or WNY Maple Festival, INC will incur a minimum $200 fine.
    • The Exhibitor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Franklinville Central Schools, Village of Franklinville, and the sponsoring and operating organization, WNY Maple Festival, INC, its members, officers, directors, and volunteers against any or all damages to property or personal injury or loss caused by the Exhibitor or his agents, representatives, volunteers or any other person.
    • Exhibitor assumes complete responsibility and liability for all injury to any and all persons or property or in any way connected with the Exhibitor’s display or caused by the Exhibitor, his agents, representatives, or volunteers. Vendor and sponsorship fees are Non-Refundable.
    • No items are to be sold that were not listed on my application and approved by the Festival Committee.  
    • If my booth is at any time deemed to be unsafe or inappropriate for the festival audience by any member of the committee, I may be asked to cease all sales immediately and may not be allowed to return for the remainder of the festival.
    • The use of live or recorded music, video or AV equipment is not permitted without prior written permission.  
    • No pets are allowed (required documentation must be received prior to the event for service dogs)
    • WNY Maple Festival INC, Franklinville Central Schools, Village of Franklinville and all members are not responsible in any way for personal injuries, property damage or theft which may occur to me or my associates as a result of my participation in this festival.
    • All images presented in this application or taken during the festival may be used for promotional purposes by WNY Maple Festival INC. or its members.
    • I am responsible for collecting NYS sales tax.  
    • My booth will be properly attended for all two days of the festival from 9:30am-5pm Saturday & 9:30am-4pm Sunday.
    • My booth area will be kept clean and safe. 
    • I understand if I open late or pack up early on either day, I will forfeit my $25 refundable setup fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for any reason including, but not limited to, rain, bad weather or events that adversely affect the festival in any way.  This is a rain or shine event.
    • The committee reserves the right to reject any application.

    Your application will be reviewed within 5-7 business days. If your application is accepted, you will receive an invoice to submit payment. Your space is not reserved until payment in full is received.
