Cookbook Club Interest Form
Hi friend! I am so excited you are interested in my cookbook club! Here is some more information so you can decide if you want to fully commit. Your answers will also help me to plan the perfect club. Each month will be a potluck style gathering and everyone will select a recipe to make + share from the book of the month. I will provide the disposable plates/napkins/cutlery and you would provide the food/serving utensils/cup if applicable for drink recipes. I will send out a form prior to the month where everyone can vote on the cookbook options & signup for the dish you want to make. There will be a certain amount of slots for apps, mains, desserts, drinks- and I will make sure there aren’t any recipe duplicates. Have a friend you think will love to join us? Send this form their way and have them put your name as the “referring person”. Because we will be cooking for each-other, I want to make sure all “unknown” members are vetted 😊. -Ashley
