By submitting the form above and signing digitally below, I understand and agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. The information included above is accurate, including the delivery address, email address and telephone number. I understand that any inaccuracies are my mistake and can result in delayed orders or complications with orders at no fault of Live Love Orlando.

2. By submitting this form, you are agreeing to submit the required payment immediately upon request. Any delays in payment will result in your order being canceled. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.

3. All payments are due in full upon booking, no exceptions.

4. Orders can be canceled or rescheduled up to 72 hours before delivery. Any orders canceled after the 72 hour window will be subject to a $20 cancelation fee. Any orders rescheduled after the 72 hour window will be subject to an additional $25 administrative fee.

5. Live Love Orlando will provide me with a delivery timeframe 24 hours prior to the Kit being delivered. Deliveries to AIRBNBs can be given specific requirements, while deliveries to hotels/resorts must follow drop off protocols. I understand that any delivery delays unless deemed significant will not result in a refund or rebate of any kind from Live Love Orlando.

6. In the event that a Kit becomes unavailable or undeliverable, Live Love Orlando guarantees your Kit and will provide a replacement at no additional charge or a full refund.

7. Live Love Orlando will not provide any refunds after delivery is complete. I understand that any false chargeback claims will result in the dissolution of future business arrangements, in addition to possible legal action. I agree to allow Live Love Orlando the opportunity to resolve any valid issues prior to filing any claims.

8. I understand that Kits are pre-made and pre-ordered. Outside of specific questions and choices granted to me at the time of ordering from Live Love Orlando, I will not be able to make special requests or substitutions. If there is a specific set of items or item that I want or need, Live Love Orlando suggests their Personal Grocery Delivery service instead.

9. Live Love Orlando is not responsible for food quality, allergies, or illness that may result from the items requested. I am responsible for my list of items and letting Live Love Orlando know of any restrictions. If a member of my party is allergic to any food items, specifically those being stored in vacation rental fridges, I am aware that it is my responsibility to ensure the safety of my party.
