At Hartford Care we want to say thank you to those who make a difference in the community. It may be the lollipop person who helps all the kids get to school safe, or a helpful local who pops the newspaper under cover to stop it getting soggy.
It might be someone who has raised hundreds or even thousands for charity and never gave up on their commitment.
We want to hear from you so that we can say thank you.
The winner from each region will receive a £50 voucher, get an invitation to an afternoon tea event, and we will donate £50 to a charity of their choice. We will then consider all local winners in a selection panel, with the tricky task of selecting one overall winner.
That winner will receive a stay for two in a hotel with breakfast and dinner included, plus a further £100 to their chosen charity.

Nominations need to be received by Friday 31st Jan with an afternoon tea event for the local winners within our Hartford Care homes on Friday 7th February.
