2025 New Homeowner Orientation

We cannot wait to meet you!
Welcome home to Heartland. We hope you will plan to attend this quick and easy orientation to meet your onsite management team, and new neighbors, and learn about your new community. Please note only one (1) household member is required to attend, but we welcome the entire family. Once you arrive, please enter through the side door into the main space of the Oasis, NOT the breezeway door across from the gym, or the door into the kitchen.

To be courteous of everyone's time, check-in will end five minutes after the start time. If the orientation is in progress, feel free to come in and find the best available seat. If you need to reschedule, please let us know so we can remove your previous registration and you can select a new date.

Things to know:
- There are 30 spots available at each orientation.
- Registration closes (3) business days before each scheduled date.
- Orientation will take 30-45 minutes and includes a quick overview of the general community guidelines, amenities, and our lifestyle program.
- At the end, there will be a Q&A.
