2025-26 GSHI Award Submission Form

Submit your GSHI Award Offer Letter for the 2025-26 academic year here. If you are a returning student, and your program has not yet provided you with a GSHI offer letter, then you will need to submit your stipend (graduate assistantship or fellowship) offer letter here to confirm your eligibility.

Please answer the following questions with responses that verify your eligibility. All questions with answers are mandatory.

Please be advised that failure to meet all eligibility requirements will result in the revoking of your GSHI Award for the semester.

If you do NOT have a GSHI Award offer letter, then upload your GA or fellowship offer letter for the 25-26 AY below. The offer letter must explicitly state the employment title (for GA positions) or award name (for fellowships); the stipend amount; and the term(s)/dates over which the stipend will be paid.

If your offer letter only confirms your eligibility for one semester, you will only receive award funds for that semester.
