Submission of this form is required to request a school field trip. Requests cannot be made via phone or email. All field trips will include a hands-on activity and/or a guided tour (tours last approximately one hour).

Students: $16/person, before tax

Adults: $20/person, before tax

*The cost for one adult chaperone is comped per 10 students. $20 ticket is effective for additional adults. 

*Title 1 schools receive a reduced rate.

Upon form submission, you will be notified within 3 business days to confirm if your reservation can be accommodated. If we can accommodate your reservation, you will receive an email with a quote for payment. 

 

• For quality programming and fire code safety, guided tours are limited to 50 total participants per reservation. 
• Participant alterations must be emailed to kwillis@jekyllisland.com immediately, but no later than 72 hours prior to your reservation.
• Final payment is due upon arrival (single payment method) prior to your group entering the facility. For group reservations, we can only accept a check or credit card for payment.
• No refunds will be given for absent participants once final payment has been received. Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum reserves the right to receive payment for additional services rendered above and beyond the agreed/stated programs. 
• Cancellations must be received in advance by email notification to kwillis@jekyllisland.com. Groups who cancel less than one week ahead of their reservation may be subject to a non-refundable deposit to rebook with Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum. 
• Use of flash photography is prohibited inside museum gallery and all historic cottages. 
• Smoking is prohibited in all facilities either occupied or controlled by the JIA. Smoking outside JIA facilities must be at least fifty (50) feet away from the structures.
• Food and beverages are not permitted inside the museum gallery or the historic cottages. 
• Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum reserves the right to cancel a confirmed reservation with limited notice due to circumstances beyond its control if it deems it unable to offer a quality programmatic experience. In the case of a cancellation by Mosaic, Jekyll Island Museum, the booking party will receive a full refund and will be extended the opportunity to reschedule.
• Force Majeure Clause: Each Party shall be excused from performance under this Agreement for any period and to the extent that it is prevented from performing any of its obligations under this Agreement in whole or in part, because of delays caused by an act of God, natural disaster, power interruption, court order, third party nonperformance, or other cause, events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control (a Force Majeure Event). Such non-performance will not be a default under this Agreement nor a ground for termination of this Agreement so long as the excused Party makes reasonable efforts to remedy, if and to the extent reasonably possible, the cause for such non-performance.
