Late Order Surcharges – May 20th – June 5th, 2026

A 25% fee will be added to all orders during the "Late Order Surcharge" dates.
Additional items may be requested on-site and will be available on a limited bases, additional fees may apply. Please find us on-site near the registration desk.

Complete Order - Submit Order Form Below
Order Processing - Our Bluewater Operations Team will Process the Order
Confirmation - A Bluewater Project Coordinator will reach out to confirm the order items and request booth details.
Finalize Booth Details - Closer to Conference we will reach out to confirm your booth layout and installation time.
Onsite Installation - Items will be delivered to your booth during the arranged time frame.

TV Orders - Include a Pole Mount to your order, unless you are mounting to a wall.

POWER - This order DOES NOT include the required POWER.

Please coordinate those services with the convention power service provider.
You will need to work with the power vendor to coordinate where you’d like the power dropped into your booth under the carpet, so it is laid out prior to the carpet going down. Please provide us with the same diagram of where you’d like your TV place within your booth where you have power to run.
