    Please note that submitting this form does not guarantee your request. Your space will be reserved once you have agreed to the rental terms. After submitting this form, we will be in touch with you about further details to confirm your booking. By submitting this form you are agreeing to the following terms:

    • You are responsible for cleanup of the room at the end of your event. 
    • If you cannot meet at your reserved time, please notify us as soon as possible so that others can plan to use the space.
    • Please pick up and dispose of all trash.
    • Straighten furniture and return it to its original position.
    • No outside food or beverages allowed, aside from a celebration cake. If you’re bringing in a cake please bring your own utensils, plates and napkins.
    • No smoking allowed in or outside of the facility.
    • Groups must end by 8:30 pm.
