New event during established, busiest day in downtown Moses Lake! Includes the Downtown Moses Lake Sip 'N Stroll Wine Walk, Moses Lake Farmers Market, Columbia Basin Walk to End Alzheimers & Colors of Hope, Kicks & Coffee Back to School and Streetwear Fair at Favored Farmhouse, Crafternoon at the Moses Lake Museum & Art Center, and the Care Moses Lake Care Fair!

We are looking for up to 50 vendors to fill the Alder to Division Street block of Third Avenue in downtown Moses Lake. Three blocks of Third Avenue will be closed down to vehicles for the Sip 'N Stroll with Art on 3rd at the busiest end.

Opportunities for waived event fees and/or compensation for demonstrations and hands-on activities up to $350 available. Please contact Columbia Basin Allied Arts for more details at director@cba-arts.org.

NO imports, manufactured or buy/sell items! All artists represent their own work! Easy move-in/out access! On-site concessions! Advertising and promotion using diverse region media!

All vendors & booths will be completely responsible for your booth set up including tables, chairs, canopy & weight to stabilize canopy on the pavement, and electricity. Weights to stabilize canopy on pavement are required.

Load-in 7AM – 9:30AM (cars need to be cleared from area at 9:30AM). Set-up 7AM – 10AM. Booths must operate between 10AM and 5PM.

Event Fee: $75 to be paid to Columbia Basin Allied Arts, PAY BELOW or mail check to 7662 Chanute St. NE, Moses Lake, WA 98837.

Please wait until notice of acceptance to Art on Third before proceeding with City of Moses Lake forms and fees, as payments are not refundable.

Vendors who plan to sell items are required to:

  - fill out the vendor form below by August 16

 - buy a vendor license from the City of Moses Lake ($25 per quarter) and submit active WA State business license from City of Moses Lake Utilities CLICK HERE

  - fill out Concessionaire Application and submit $50 fee for the City of Moses Lake (original application must be mailed in or submitted in person can not be submitted electronically... fee can be paid over the phone or in person/mailed check, etc.) and submit an endorsement for the City of Moses Lake for $2,000,000 liability insurance policy to City of Moses Lake Parks, Rec & Cultural Services (usually free of charge if your insurance agent is contacted more than 2 weeks in advance) CLICK HERE

All City of Moses Lake paperwork due by August 30, including vendor license, vendor fee, business license and insurance. If you are unable to provide the necessary paperwork you will not be able to vend at the event. Any fees collected up to that point are non-refundable. No businesses will be advertised in event media until ALL paperwork and fees are submitted.
