    Cruise for a Cure - May 11th
  •  Relay for Life's 3rd Annual Cruise for a Cure: Vendor Show Details


    Event Date:

    - Date: May 11th, 2025
    - Time: 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM (Vendor show hours)
    - Location: Veterans Memorial Arena Parking Lot, West Fargo

    Vendor Setup and Breakdown:


    Set-up Time:

    - Vendors can begin setting up at 9:00 AM.
    - All vendors must be set up before the event starts at 11:00 AM.


    Vendor Vehicles:

    - Be aware that car show participants will begin arriving at 10:00 AM.
    - Please move all vendor vehicles by this time to avoid congestion.


    Event Hours:

    - Vendor Hours: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    - Vendors are required to remain set up until the event concludes, unless they sell out of product.


    Breakdown:

    - Vendors are required to stay until the end of the event unless the product is sold out.
    - No early breakdowns are allowed.

    Vendor Booth Details:


    Booth Fee:

    - The cost for a vendor booth is $100, which includes a 10x10 booth space.

    - Vendor fees include one free Cruise for a Cure T-Shirt (select T-Shirt size below).
    - All vendor fees will be donated directly to the American Cancer Society.
    - Payments are due by May 1st, unless otherwise noted.
    - Once your application is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to submit your payment.


    Booth Setup:

    - You must bring your own tables, chairs, tents, and equipment.
    - The event cannot provide any of these items.


    Tent Requirements:

    - All tents must be weighted and secured properly to prevent accidents.
    - Wind or unpredictable weather may create a safety hazard if tents are not secure.
    - Event organizers reserve the right to require heavier weights or more secure installations.


    Vendor Space:

    - Vendors must keep everything within their assigned footprint (10x10).
    - No items may extend beyond the designated area.

    Tax Information & Product Guidelines:


    Tax ID:

    - Vendors are responsible for their own tax information.
    - Please provide a valid Tax ID when requested on the application.
    - Direct Sales Companies must indicate "Direct Sales" in the tax ID field.


    Product/Service List:

    - Vendors are required to submit a list of all products or services they plan to provide.
    - The event coordinators will do their best to avoid duplication of products, so this list helps ensure a variety of offerings.

    Event Expectations and Miscellaneous Information:


    Vendor Participation:

    - This is the 3rd Annual Cruise for a Cure event.
    - The event is expected to fill the entire Veterans Memorial Parking Lot with over 200 cars, numerous vendors, and food trucks.
    - It is a large outdoor event, and weather conditions are unpredictable.


    Refund Policy:

    - As this is an outdoor event, there will be no reimbursement of booth fees unless the event is canceled due to extreme circumstances (e.g., weather conditions).


    Vendor Conduct:

    - Vendors are expected to be courteous and professional. Your contribution helps make this event memorable!
    - Non-compliance towards any rules or regulations may result in removal from the event.
