        Hallow Haunts HAUNTCON Expo; 4h Grounds Mineralwells WV: Vendor set up on 8/14/26 From 09:00am until 6:00pm on 8/15/26 from 7:00am to 9:00am. No set up after 9:00am. All vendors are responsible for sales tax. Hallow Haunts is not responsible for collecting taxes. Vendors are required to stay the full time of the event or will be declined to set up at next show. Contact hallowhaunts@yahoo.com or Bill Cox 304-679-8318 Vendors will check in to be assigned spots day of arrival to set up. We ask vendors to share the Hallow Haunts Hauntcon flyer. We reserve the right to ask vendors to remove items that are not to theme or taste full. All Vendors are required to clean up their booth sites and bag trash and set by trash cans. We DO Not clean your booth area. Hallow Haunts LLC or Hauntcon expo is not responsible for damage to booths, merchandise, spaces,loss or ext. THANK YOU
