**Very Important Information**

Single Parent Achievers Requirements:
To maintain active status, participants must:
- Submit a completed "Membership application"
- Submit a completed the "Dreams and Desires"
- Pay all required dues in full
- Participate in a "Mid-Year Review"
- Attend meetings consistently (no more than 3 absences allowed per year)

Scholarships for Membership Dues: Don't let financial obstacles stand in the way of connecting with Single Parent Achievers. If you need assistance, please email admin@singleparentachievers.org.
Monthly Payment Plan: (Invoice will be forward to you once 1st payment is completed).

Paying $300 (Full Payment)Requesting to pay $30 (Monthly - Approval Required)…you will be contacted by Membership Department.
MEMBERSHIP FEE:
