    Single Parent Achievers Requirements:
    To maintain active status, participants must:

    • Submit a completed "Membership application"
    • Submit a completed the "Dreams and Desires"
    • Pay all required dues in full
    • Participate in a "Mid-Year Review"
    • Attend meetings consistently (no more than 3 absences allowed per year)
