We offer 1 or 2 collections/deliveries per week. Typically, we provide two batches of fresh meals per week. However, to reduce delivery costs, you can opt for a single delivery or collection. Please note that with this option, you will need to freeze the meals for the last two days and defrost them the day before consumption.*
