RSA | TERMS & CONDITIONS | 2026 UPDATE
1. Definitions
For purposes of this agreement:
“RSA,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to Raminfard School of Arts.
“Student” refers to the person attending classes or camps.
“Guardian” refers to a parent or legal guardian of a minor student.
“Class” means any group or private lesson, workshop, or camp offered by RSA.
“Subscription” means a recurring enrollment plan paid weekly, monthly, or quarterly.
2. Enrollment and Payment
By enrolling in classes or subscriptions, you agree to pay all tuition, fees, and charges associated with your selected program. Payments may be billed automatically via credit card, debit card, or bank draft. You are responsible for maintaining up-to-date payment information on file.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. To cancel a subscription, a written notice must be submitted at least 14 days before the next billing cycle.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the next scheduled charge may result in an additional charge for the upcoming period.
4. One-Time Classes & Camp Sessions
For single classes or individual sessions, enrollment must be completed and paid in full before participation. Cancellation of a single class requires at least 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged as if attended. RSA reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes. In such cases, students may receive a credit, reschedule, or refund at RSA’s discretion.
5. No Refund Policy
Except where required by law, all payments are non-refundable once a class, camp, workshop, or subscription period begins.Exception credits may be issued at RSA’s sole discretion for medical emergencies or extraordinary circumstances with valid documentation.
6. Supplies, Materials & Storage
Students must supply their own materials unless otherwise indicated.
RSA may offer supplies for purchase; usage does not transfer ownership unless purchased. RSA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal supplies or materials stored on premises.
7. Conduct and Safety
Students and guardians must comply with all RSA policies regarding conduct, safety, and behavior. RSA reserves the right to dismiss any student whose conduct jeopardizes the safety or experience of others without refund. Minors must be supervised by a guardian or authorized adult except during supervised class/camp hours.
8. Media Consent
By enrolling, you grant RSA permission to photograph and/or record your student during classes, events, and camps, and to use such images or recordings in promotional materials, on social media, and on RSA’s website, unless otherwise requested in writing.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSA’s liability for any claim arising out of or relating to services provided is limited to the amount of fees paid to RSA by the student or guardian in the 12 months preceding the claim. RSA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising from these Terms & Conditions shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Los Angeles County, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator’s decision shall be final.
11. Privacy
By providing personal information to RSA, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of that information for purposes of enrollment, billing, communication, and scheduling. Personal information will be treated in accordance with RSA’s privacy practices.
12. Cancellation & No-Show Fees
Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be charged the full class rate.
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled class are considered attended for billing purposes. For subscriptions, failure to attend does not release obligation to pay unless proper written cancellation notice is received.
13. Severability
If any provision in these Terms & Conditions is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with any referenced policies, represent the entire agreement between you and RSA regarding your enrollment and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or representations. By submitting this form, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms and conditions stated above.
