o Policy on room choices: We try our very best to accommodate room choices; however, if we are running low on space, we will need to use whatever rooms still have beds available. Example: If you choose a 1, 2 or 3-person option, and your room has a higher occupancy than you’re using, we may need to utilize this space. This would be a last resort.
o If someone cancels after registrations have been sent to CBCC (which is the Sunday prior to retreat), they will not receive a refund! Since CBCC prices are based on how many people occupy a room, this raises the cost for the “other” ladies, if sharing a room – and also, we are charged a no-show fee!
o If someone registers after the registrations have been sent to CBCC – please bring the amount due to retreat; this will need to be paid at check in.
o If someone decides to change rooms, after registrations have been sent to CBCC – and this increases the registration fees for the others in their room – that person will have to make up the difference.
o If a person in a room decide to ask someone to move to another room – they will have to foot the bill of any increases in rates. (If the changes even each other out, such as 2 people exchanging rooms which have the same occupancy, then no additional monies need to be paid.)
o Full rates will be charged after March 7. Any late registration requests will need to be okay by CBCC.
