TNSHA's 2025 Rulebook will be released prior to our first event. Deadline for sponosorship inclusion is Feb. 15th 2025. TNSHA will provide a digital version as well as a printed rulebook for members.
Sponsor Terms and Conditions

By signing this agreement, I understand and accept the following on behalf of my business:
- All payments due upon receipt.
- Sponsorship advertisement assignments are not assigned until sponsorship commitment is made.
- TNSHA reserves the right to decline any advertising tendered under the contract which in sponsor and sponsorship's judgement is objectionable.
- All advertisements are accepted and published by TNSHA on the representation that the Advertiser and/or advertising agency are properly authorized to publish the entire contents of the subject matter thereof.
- In case of typographical errors or omissions, TNSHA shall not be liable for damages beyond the cost of the advertisement.
- Sponsorships are NONREFUNDABLE
