You are cordially invited to New Frontier Jewish Youth's Winter Formal 2025!

Where: San Jose (information sent upon manual confirmation for safety)
When: Sunday, January 26, 5pm-8:30pm
Who: Any Jewish 8th-12th grader
What: Dinner, dancing, dessert, music, photo booth, games...and friends!
Why: Friends, food, fun, funk, ruach...the best of all worlds!
Cost: $54 (sibling discounts: see checkout page)
Transportation: Provided for East Bay and Foster City (provided sufficient signups)

New Frontier is an Conservative/Masorti Jewish coalition of teens from synagogues throughout the Bay Area. You do not have to be a Conservative teen to join.

I hereby give permission to New Frontier Jewish Youth/Congregation Sinai and staff members for emergency transportation and/or treatment in the event of illness or injury, including first aid. I hereby accept responsibility for the payment of any emergency transportation and/or treatment. I further certify that I am fully competent and my child is in good physical condition, and have no medical or physical conditions that would restrict my child's participation in any program or activity, except those which were previously explained in the above medical information section.
