注意事项（Notice）：
1. 营会报名是以房间为单位，每个房间由一位主要登记人负责报名并付费。
Camp registration is based on rooms, and each room has a main registrant responsible for registration and payment.
2. 酒店房间内有一张大床或两张单人床，可额外添加一张床。每个房间最多住4个人。
The hotel room has either a king-sized bed or two single beds, and an extra bed can be added. Maximum occupancy is 4 people per room.
3. 营费中不包含个人旅游保险，请自行购买。
Personal travel insurance is not included in the camp fee, please purchase it yourself.
4. 新加坡、马来西亚及中国护照持有者无需申请签证；持其它护照的报名者需要自行申请相关签证。
Singapore, Malaysian and Chinese passport holders do not need to apply for a visa; applicants holding other passports need to apply for the relevant visa by themselves.
5. 报名截止日期为3月16日。由于名额有限，若人数已满，报名将提前终止。
Registration will end on March 16. Due to limited vacancy, it may end earlier if the number of applicants reaches the upper limit.
