  • What you will be learning

    As this will be my final workshops, possibly ever, I would like to share my 13 years of baking knowledge for you to learn from me to make the Sinfulcakes style of macarons. You will learn the Italian macaron recipe that I’ve been developing for 13 years since I first ever started. The macarons that started everything. In this intimate workshop of 3-4 people, it will be a longer workshop, 5-6 hours. As I show you everything there is to learn about macarons, so you can master them with little to no problems at all.
  • Workshop Fee : $200.00 per pax (Macarons) (Other workshops will be different.)

    Duriation : 11am - 5pm ( other workshops will be different do take note ) 

    Difficulty : Beginner ( Perfect for home bakers )

    Included in workshop : Recipe booklet in hard copy form with troubleshoot issues.

    Aprons and workshop materials will all be provided during this intimate workshop.

  • For this one day masterclass workshop, you will be learning everything I know from my 13 years of macaron making, to produce high quality macarons for your home based or physical business. You will be learning :

    - Ingredient preparation and the reasons why certain products are used and others are not.

    - How to prepare the sinfulcakes style of Italian macarons that provide that chewy texture of macarons. 

    - How to make our top 4 types of macarons :

    ( Double Chocolate macarons)

    ( Matcha Macarons ) 

    ( Earl Grey Biscoff Macarons )

    ( Waffle Crisps Macarons ) 

    - How to create 3 different shells, Plain, Powder flavoured, Tea flavoured macaron shells. And the different ratios of each ingredient when adding the flavourings.

    - How to create 4 different fillings :

    1. Dark Chocolate Ganache 

    2. White Chocolate Ganache ( Powder flavoured ganache ) 

    3. Milk Chocolate Ganache ( Tea flavoured ganache )

    4. Flavoured buttercream filling ( Cereal flavoured filling) 

    - Secrets on how to quickly dry your macarons for home baking and temperature settings for home ovens.

    I will also share the exact ingredients that I use in the kitchen, to ensure that the same macarons you make in this workshop, will be the same as the ones you make at home. I will also give you tips and tricks on how to create certain flavours that you have in mind in case you'd like to make them at home on your own time.
