Tattoo Inquiry Form

Hi friend! My name is Ve. Thank you for your interest in my work. I look forward to meeting you!

Once I have received and reviewed your form, I will contact you via email with an available appointment slot. If this day and time works for you, I will book you in our Vagaro scheduling system and send you an invoice for your $100 deposit. This deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE. It will hold your appointment slot and will go towards the final price of your tattoo. Any deposits not paid within 1 week of booking will void your appointment slot and you will have to request a new invoice and a new slot.

A little about me:

I have been tattooing since July of 2023! This career is my passion and I love creating art with people and helping them love themselves just a little bit more with each piece.
I currently specialize in black and grey illustrative tattoos, black work, black and grey American traditional, and black and grey neo-traditional. I do color sometimes too, but black and grey is my favorite.
I love tattooing anything spooky, witchy, creepy, bizarre, and beautiful. I also love florals, foliage, and silly little guys.

My pricing:

Black & Grey: $125/hr

Color: $150/hr

If you're ballin' on a budget, please be sure to communicate that with me so we can make some magic happen! I will never be opposed to working in sessions to make sure you get exactly what you hope for. :)

At Beautimarx, we accept both cash and cards for final payments. Please be advised that for cards there is a card fee at checkout.
At Lady Jay's, we are currently cash only.

My hours are as follows:

Tuesday-Saturday from 12:30pm-8pm.
I work primarily in Knoxville at Beautimarx but I will come to Lady Jay's if I am requested in advance.

Small is considered palm sized or under, medium is considered palm sized to 6”, large is considered 6” and above.

My hourly rate is $125/hr for black and grey, and $150/hr for color. We can always split your tattoo up into sessions, too!
