  • Thank you for your offer on one of our properties. To streamline the process of purchasing your new home, we kindly ask you to provide the following:

    Proof of Identification - YOU MUST SUBMIT ID FOR EACH LEGAL BUYER
    Upload a clear image or file of a valid driving licence or passport for each buyer. This is required to verify your identity of all buyers 

    Proof of Address - YOU MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF ADDRESS FOR ALL LEGAL BUYER
    Upload an image or file of a recent utility bill (dated within the last three months) showing the current address of all legal buyers. This can be one or multiple documents

    Funding Details
    Provide information about how you plan to fund your purchase, including evidence of financial resources or funding arrangements.

    Decision in Principle
    If using a mortgage, upload a copy of your Decision in Principle. This serves as preliminary approval from your mortgage lender and confirms your borrowing capacity.

    Please note, we cannot remove the property from the market until this process is fully complete.
