2024 Travel Grant Application

Thank you for your interest in an Oley Annual Conference Travel Grant. Please complete the following form to be considered for the grant. For detailed information and eligibility criteria, please refer to the travel grant policy.

Submit two paragraphs describing how you believe attending the conference will affect your life. The ideal candidate must also describe their plans to share information learned at the conference with consumers and/or clinicians after the conference.

Submission Deadline: April 18, 2025
Review Process by Oley Selection panel: April 21, 2025
Confirmation (with reimbursement link): May 5, 2025

If all available funds have been allocated and there are still pending applications, we will keep these applications on a waiting list. As more resources become available to us, we will continue to give the grants.
