2025 NFID Awards Nomination
All nominations must be submitted via the online form by February 28, 2025. The following items are required:
- Nomination letter with a detailed description of nominee accomplishments;
- Brief citation explaining how nominee accomplishments/achievements have made a contribution to public health and/or science (50 words maximum);
- Nominee biography; and
- Nominee photograph/headshot
Note that the awards are intended for individuals, not organizations or teams. Nominees must be living at the time of nomination and selected recipients must attend the NFID awards gala in Washington, DC in October 2025 to receive the award. Current members of the NFID Board of Directors are not eligible for nomination. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
