All HALO Transition application materials must be received by July 7, 2025.
The Parent/Guardian Questionnaire is designed to identify the overall goal that parents/guardians have for their applicants. This can be through the lens of the College Pathway or Workforce Pathway. Please answer the questions to the best of your ability.
