  • Wheels Up Summer Camp Games and MTB 2025

    Important REGISTRATION NOTE - If you have an issue registering please use a PC! We have had issues with Cell Phone registrations. 

    For questions about whether a rider is ready for a specific camp, please email Coach Cody at Wheelsupmtb@gmail.com to schedule a private lesson or possibly submit a video. We do offer a special rate for these confirmation / individual sessions. $80 for a 2 hour session and they are scheduled directly with Coach Cody. 

    We aim to ensure that each rider is placed in the right camp for their skill level to provide a safe, fun, and successful experience. Thank you for your support and understanding and look forward to you joining us for some fun camps! 

    Campers doing MTB or All Day on the June 2-6th or June 16-20 get a special Wheels Up Camp T- Shirt with Purchase on Camps purchased before May 16th. After That some number shirts will be avalible for purchase at $18 per shirt.

    Morning Games & Afternoon MTB Camp Weeks:

    Fairway Elementary — June 2-6
    (Ideal for MTB Beginners little riders)


    Camp Week 2:
    Crestwood Camp with Swimming! - June 9-13

    Camp Week 3:
    Fairway Elementary — June 16-20
    (MTB 2.0: Geared for Kids with MTB Experience)

    Specialty MTB Camps:

    Advanced Camp 1:
    June 23–25 (3 Days)
    (For MTB kids- Big rides!)

    End of Summer Camp 2.0:
    August 5-8 (4 Days - All-Day MTB Camp - Glencoe City Park)

    Locations- Fairway Elementary School, WhiteCliff Park - Crestwood 

    Morning Session (The Best PE Games):

    Enjoy games like Woods Capture the Flag, Forest Kickball, Fandango, Pirate Ball, Glow Dodgeball, Castles-n-Columns.
    Rain or shine event.

    Afternoon Session (Mountain Biking):

    Focus on Mountain Bike Skills, Trail Riding, Bicycle Games, and the Wheels Up obstacle course features.
    Can be subject to weather conditions.

    Important Notes for :

    Sack lunches to be provided by each participant for the all-day event.
    Bring plenty of water and snacks. Some snacks and drinks will be provided.
    Parents plan to apply sunscreen and bug spray for participants.
    Helmets are mandatory for the Mountain Bike afternoons.
    Gloves and eye protection are recommended for the afternoons as well.

    Advanced Camp Info 

    These are our most advanced, progressive, and demanding Mountain bike Camps! These are geared for Riders that are looking for the next level experience and camp that will challenge and create new and fun experiences and technical skills on their bike! This camp can change location day to day and have special topic days that can include: Big Rides, Technical Challenges, Destination Rides, Urban Exploration Rides, Dirt Jumps, Bike Parks, Airbags and Obstacles, and anything professional bike instructor and director of programs Cody can think up! If you are new to Wheels Up and have not been to a Clinic, Camp, or on a Wheels Up team you will be asked to do a private lesson or submit a ride video of your rider prior to attending! Ready, Set, Go! This is the mountain bike camp like no other.

    All Day Mountain Biking 2.0 Camp 

    This camp is for youth ages 9 to 14 who are interested in the next level mountain bike camp. Our Summer Ride sessions are designed to introduce riders to Wheels Up Mountain Biking 2.0 Camps and help them feel prepared for the more rigorous off road riding. Campers will learn new skills, develop more confidence, make new friendships, and take their riding to the next level. These riders have the opportunity to focus on specific enduro and downhill skills with an emphasis on safety and rider etiquette. We will also spend time showing basic mechanic skills and riding more technical trails. These camps are from 9am – 2pm and riders will need to bring sack lunches with snacks! We burn a lot of calories in this camp!

  • RELEASE OF LIABILITY, WAIVER OF CLAIMS, ASSUMPTION OF RISKS AND INDEMNITY AGREEMENT for the year of 2025.

    (hereinafter referred to as the “Release Agreement”)

    BY SIGNING THIS DOCUMENT YOU WILL WAIVE OR GIVE UP CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING THE RIGHT TO SUE OR CLAIM COMPENSATION FOLLOWING AN ACCIDENT TO MYSELF OR IN CONSENT TO A MINOR. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

    I agree to all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. By signing this Release of Liability. This Waiver is applicable from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 for any of Wheels Up LLC events that you participant in by your Signing Consent in this Waiver.

    Mountain Biking by DEFINITION:

    In this Release Agreement, the term "Mountain Biking” shall include all activities, events or services provided, arranged, organized, conducted, sponsored or authorized by the Releasees and shall include, but is not limited to: mountain biking; mountain bike rental; orientational and instructional courses, obstacles, seminars, facilities, and sessions; travel, transport and accommodation; and other such activities, events and services in any way connected with or related to mountain biking and international mountain bike trips.

    TO: Wheels Up LLC, and its (their) directors, coaches, officers, employees, instructors, guides, agents, representatives, independent contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, sponsors, successors and assigns (all of whom are hereinafter referred as “the Releasees”) 


    STATEMENT OF PHYSICAL AND MENTAL FITNESS, INSURANCE

    I am in sound physical and mental condition and am able to take part in the activities provided by Wheels Up LLC. I can make informed, objective decisions. I am completely and adequately covered by appropriate personal insurance coverage which may include health, life, loss of property, loss of income, and liability insurance and if I am not covered I will personally pay for all such costs which I may incur.

     ASSUMPTION OF RISKS

    I am aware that I am voluntarily participating and that Mountain Biking involves many risks, dangers and hazards. The risks, dangers and hazards, including but not limited to: loss of balance; difficulty or inability to control one’s speed and direction; variation or steepness in terrain; rapid or uncontrolled acceleration on hills and inclines; mechanical failure of equipment; variation or changes in the riding surface including rocks, gravel, cliffs, trees, roots, tree stumps, streams and creeks; changing weather conditions; exposure to temperature extremes or inclement weather; travel or transport to and from the sites used for mountain biking; travel on highways and backcountry roads; encounters with domestic and wild animals including dogs, bears and cougars; collision with pedestrians, motor vehicles, and cyclists; becoming lost or separated, from ones party; crash near water that could cause a drowning from; negligence of other participants; and NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS AND THE POSSIBILITY OF PERSONAL INJURY, DEATH, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR LOSS RESULTING OF MOUNTAIN BIKING. Communication in the remote terrain which is sometimes used for Mountain Biking is difficult and in the event of an accident, rescue and medical treatment may not be readily available.

     
    TO WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS that I have or may in the future have against the RELEASEES AND TO RELEASE THE RELEASEES from any and all liability for any loss, damage, expense or injury, including death, that I may suffer or that my next of kin may suffer, as a result of my participation in Mountain Biking, DUE TO ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, BREACH OF CONTRACT, OR BREACH OF ANY STATUTORY OR OTHER DUTY OF CARE, INCLUDING ANY DUTY OF CARE OWED UNDER THE OCCUPIERS LIABILITY ACT, ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES, AND FURTHER INCLUDING THE FAILURE ON THE PART OF THE RELEASEES TO SAFEGUARD OR PROTECT ME FROM THE RISKS, DANGERS AND HAZARDS OF PARTICIPATING IN MOUNTAIN BIKING REFERRED TO ABOVE;

     This Release Agreement shall be effective and binding upon my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, assigns and representatives, in the event of my death or incapacity; Mean while TO HOLD HARMLESS AND INDEMNIFY THE RELEASEES for any and all liability for any property damage, loss or personal injury to any third party resulting from my participation in Mountain Biking;

    This Release Agreement and any rights, duties and obligations as between the parties to this Release Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted solely in accordance with the laws of the province where the Mountain Biking takes place and no other jurisdiction;

     
    I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT PRIOR TO SIGNING IT, AND I AM AWARE THAT BY SIGNING THIS RELEASE AGREEMENT I AM WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS WHICH I OR MY HEIRS, NEXT OF KIN, EXECUTORS, ADMINISTRATORS, ASSIGNS AND REPRESENTATIVES MAY HAVE AGAINST THE RELEASEES. I CONSENT TO THIS WAIVER AND VOLUNTARILY SURRENDER CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS.

    Photo Release and Misc: 

    I understand that my child’s likeness/voice/image may be used by Wheels Up LLC on their website, in any of its programs or publications. I expressly release Wheels Up LLC from any privacy, defamation, or other claims I may have arising out of this use of created content while by Wheels Up LLC.


    This Waiver is applicable from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025 for any of Wheels Up LLC events that you participant in by your Signing Consent in this Waiver.
