Classifieds/Public Notice Order

To submit a classified, legal or public notice for the print edition of The San Antonio Observer Newspaper please complete the form below. Circulation: Bexar County (78201-78263)
The San Antonio Observer is published weekly on Wednesdays and all notices begin on Wednesday. If multiple dates are required, they will run consecutive weeks, unless otherwise specified in the comments field below. All notices run in print and online at saobserver.com.

Deadline to submit a legal notice is Friday at 5 p.m. the week prior to publication. Please note that holiday schedules may require earlier submission. Upon submission, someone in our Classifieds department will contact you with cost and payment information within 24 hours.

To secure your placement, full payment must be received at least 24 hours before the first run date. Failure to meet this requirement will result in the notice not being published.

On the last run date of the notice, you will receive, by email, the proofs of publication and legal affidavit.
