A: Our camp hours are from 8:00 AM-3:30 PM.
Q: Do you offer Pre-Camp and Post Camp?
A: Yes, we offer a Pre-Camp Program from 7:00-8:00 AM (drop off between 7:00-7:20 AM) and a Post- Camp Program from 3:30-4:30 PM (pick up between 4:15-4:30 PM) for families.
Q: What dates are you offering for Farm Camp?
A: We are running Farm Camp for the month of July this summer. Spots are limited and are first come, first serve.
- WK 1: July 2nd-4th
- WK 2: July 7th-11th
- WK 3: July 14th-18th
- WK 4: July 21st-25th
- WK 5: July 28th-August 1st
Q: What is the Drop-off and Pick-up process?
A: Our arrival and dismissal process follows a Kiss-N-Ride approach. Counselors will greet your child at our "Flock, Stock & Barrel" Farm sign, with balloons for visibility.

- Regular Arrivals: 8:00-8:15 AM

A: Each age group participates in:
- 2 Activity/Sports Rotations ⚽️

- 1 Farm-Themed Rotation

Q: What kind of activities will my child participate in at Farm Camp?
A: Activities include:
- 🐑 Animal Time: Interact with sheep and chickens. Learn about farm life and rotational grazing.
- 🌾 Farm Exploration: Discover how sustainable farming benefits the environment.
- 🎨 Crafts: Nature-inspired DIY wind chimes, bird feeders, slime, and more!
- ⚽️ Sports & Games: Soccer, capture the flag, water days, scavenger hunts, and more!!
Q: If we sign up for more than one week, will my child be doing the same activities?
A: We mix things up each week to keep it fun and exciting for kids who join us for multiple weeks. While there are some core activities that everyone gets to enjoy, we add different twists, challenges, and projects to make sure there's always something fresh and engaging for your child to look forward to!
Q: Will my child get their own Camp Counsellor?
A: Yes! Each counsellor is responsible for 6-8 campers, grouped by fun animal names (e.g., foxes, ducklings).
Q: What is your Camper to Camp Counsellor Ratio?
A: Our ratio is 10:1, with our Camp Owner always being present.
Q: What safety measures are in place for activities involving animals or outdoor exploration?
A: Safety is our top priority. All counselors are CPR-C certified and have recent Vulnerable Sector Police Checks.
- Safety talks are held at the start of each camp week.
- Campers are expected to remain calm and respectful around the animals.
Q: How do you handle allergies or other medical needs?
A: If your child requires an Epi-Pen, they must wear it at all times. We also require a second labeled Epi-Pen for staff to carry.
Q: What toilets do you have on site?
A: There are 3 portable toilets with a handwash station. Campers are encouraged to sanitize before eating and after farm activities.
Q: What happens if it rains?
A: Camp proceeds rain or shine! Please pack weather-appropriate clothing. For heavy rainstorms, camp may pause, and families will be notified by 5:00 AM. A daily refund will be issued at the end of the camp session.
Q: What discounts do you offer?
A: Our Early Bird Rates are ONLY until March 14th:
- $70/day for Car Arrivals
- $65/day for Carpooling Families
Q: What should my child bring to camp?
A: Pack for a full day outdoors, including:
- Packed lunch (with ice packs)
- Refillable water bottle
- Hat & sunscreen
- Weather-appropriate clothing and a change of clothes
- Running shoes and flip-flops
Q: Will I receive updates or photos of my child during camp?
A: Yes! With a signed photo release, we send you updates on the first and last days of camp, including photos of activities and crafts.
Q: How can I contact the camp when it is running?
A: We will be checking our email and phone lines frequenelty throughout the camp day. Please do not hesitate to reach us at any point.
