  • This series is open to any clinician, coach or equine professional that wants to get to know their internal system better, be more Self-Led with clients and continue their growth in the IFS model.

Learning the model is only one component to becoming an effective facilitator. Understanding internal dynamics, honing attunement, and cultivating presence increases Self-Energy that builds trust within the system and within the energetic field between you and your client. This is a series focused on being with your clients and your internal system at the same time.

Each session will be a combination of teaching, consultation, case conceptualizations, and demonstrations. The intention is for participants to connect with the parts of themselves that become activated during sessions and/or within patterns they have noticed within themselves or with their clients.

Becoming a Self-Led Facilitator takes practice, and my intention is to create a learning environment that promotes connection and community. I hope you will join us.

  • Each session is 2 hours and will be held live on Zoom and recorded. The sessions will be uploaded onto the Equid-Nexus Learning Commons site (https://www.equidnexuslearningcommons.com/). Each participant will need to register on the learning platform. Once registered, you will be assigned the module and have access to the recording. Since each participant will have access to the recordings, no refunds are given if a session is missed.

  • Terms of Consultation

I acknowledge that I am entering into a Consultation Agreement with Jenn Pagone, LCPC, (Consultant). The consultant agrees to provide IFS and IFS informed EMDR with or without Equine Engagement Consulting Services.

    Description of Consulting:
Consulting is a partnership (defined as an alliance, not a legal business partnership) between the Consultant and the Client in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the Client to maximize personal and/or professional potential. It is designed to facilitate the creation/development of personal, professional, and/or business goals and to develop and carry out a strategy/plan for achieving those goals.

    1) Consultant-Client Relationship
Consultant agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the American Counseling Association (ACA) and the State Boards of the states the Consultant maintains licensure.

Client agrees that the Consultant is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Consultant.

The client further acknowledges that they may terminate or discontinue the Consulting relationship at any time. The client acknowledges that Consulting is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of their life, including work, personal, and education. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporating consulting principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility. The Client understands that to enhance the Consulting relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance, and create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

    2) Services
The parties agree to engage in Consulting Program via zoom, video and/or telephone meetings. The consultant will be available to the Client by text, voicemail, and email in between scheduled meetings as defined by the Consultant. The consultant will respond to text (773-339-7949), voicemails, and e-mails (jennpagone@equid-nexus.com) within 24 hours. Consultant may also be available for additional time, per Client’s request at the rate of $45 per 15-minute increment (for example, reviewing documents, reading or writing reports, engaging in other Client-related services outside of Consulting hours).

    3) Schedule and Fees (not including Monthly Topic Groups or Self-Led Faciltation Series)
Individual Rate - The fee is $175 for a 60-minute session, $225 for a 75-minute session, and $250 for a 90-minute session payable at the time of consultation. Discounted pre-paid package rates are available.

Group Rate – The group package is four (4) 2 hour sessions at $350 per member.

    4) Procedure
The time of the Consulting meetings and/or location will be determined by the Consultant and Client based on a mutually agreed upon time. The Consultant will initiate all scheduled appointments. If the Client is not available by 10 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, the Client will be considered a no-show and charged the regular consultant fee for the session. If it is a pre-paid session, one session will be deducted from the total.

    5) Confidentiality
This Consulting relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Consultant as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality of the ACA Code of Ethics. However, please be aware that the Consultant-Client relationship is not considered a legally confidential relationship (like the medical and legal professions), and thus communications are not subject to the protection of any legally recognized privilege. The Consultant agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s written consent. If the Consultant reasonably believes there to be an imminent or likely risk of danger or harm to the Client or others the Consultant is legally and ethically bound to violate the Client’s confidentiality by making a report to the appropriate agency and/or person(s).

    6) Cancellation Policy
Client agrees that it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Consultant (jennpagone@equid-nexus.com) 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment to cancel. Consultant reserves the right to bill Client for a missed individual session not canceled 24 hours in advance. The consultant will attempt in good faith to reschedule individual sessions. Group sessions are prescheduled and will not be rescheduled if a member misses a session. There are no refunds for group sessions. However, if the group as a whole needs to reschedule, the Consultant will attempt to do so.

    7) Entire Agreement
This document reflects the entire agreement between the Consultant and the Client and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This Agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations. The Agreement may not be amended, altered, or supplemented except in writing signed by both the Consultant and the Client.

Your registration to the consultation group confirms your agreement to the above terms of consultation. The client agrees to this agreement by scheduling an individual consultation session.
