All applicants (including vendors who paid a deposit) must complete and return this form with the full/remaining entry fee via E-Transfer to waterfront.payments@gmail.com or cheque. If paying by cheque please make payable to Cobourg Rotary Arts Crafts Festival and mail to the above address.

ONLY ORIGINAL WORK UNIQUE TO AND CREATED BY THE APPLICANT WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Please check all the following, indicating that you have read and understand each item.*

New applicants must submit at least four (4) photographs of their work and a short personal resume. Photos must be dated and accompanied by a corresponding price list. Returning vendors must submit photos of any new products added to their line.All applicants must have liability insurance for a minimum of $2 MILLION. You may look into insurance with DUUO.ca.All spaces are 10X10 feet. You cannot extend your space into the aislesEach space is supplied with one (1) electrical outlet with approx 350 watts of power at 120 volts. We do not have the capacity to add additional power to booths.Most spaces are under marquee tents, some outdoor spaces are available. Please indicate below your preferred space. We will do our very best to accommodate all requests.Vendors can bring their own 10x10 pop up tent and sand bags/concrete blocks to set up their booth. CORNER SPACES UNDER THE MARQUEE TENTS CANNOT FIT A POP-UP TENT.Freezers and large refrigerators are not allowed. Refrigerators within the power range are permitted.

Marquee middle/inner Space: $450 +HST = $508.50

Marquee Corner/Aisle Space: $500 +HST = $565.00

Outdoor 10x10 Space: $450 +HST = $508.50

Initailly we were going to have a 3 day festival (June 27-29th 2026). Due to demand we are offering a 5 day festival (with a 3 day option) for the same fee
