Welcome to our first Athlete Programs! Here you have access to everything you need to level up as an athlete. Whether that is building your engine, strength or gymnastics. This is the one stop shop to improving your weaknesses.
Once you have subscribed to our program you will receive an invitation via email to join. Each week your training plan will be updated.
Although our program is easy to understand and has a variety of demonstrations to follow, we recommend that you have at least 1+ years experience in a CrossFit environment to better help you complete the program. Our recommendation is that you spread the program over 5-6 days within the same week as evenly as you can to see the best results! We can't wait to see some PB's and goals accomplished through your consistency and hard work.
