    Acceptable Behavior Policy
    In order to ensure a safe and fun environment for all, campers are expected to behave in an acceptable
    manner and use appropriate language at all times. There are no refunds or camp credits given if a child is asked to
    leave camp due to unacceptable behavior.

    Health and Wellness Policy
    A child with a contagious illness within 24 hours of the camp date may not attend camp. Contagious illnesses
    include (but are not limited to) a cold, cough, sore throat, excessively runny nose, fever, chills, conjunctivitis
    (pink eye), diarrhea, vomiting, and lice. Should a child exhibit any symptoms of a contagious illness, City Sports Camp Staff will call the child’s contacts to have the child picked up from camp immeditely. Campers must be picked up within an two hours. The child may return to camp when they are symptom free without medication or with a doctor’s note. No refunds will be given for missed days due to illness. City Sports Camp staff does not dispense medication to campers.

    Summer Camp Cancellation and Refund Policy for Basketball, Baseball and Archery sessions.
    If you must cancel for any reasons other than sickness, the following policy applies:


    Any cancellation with in a week of/before camp will not reieve a refund.

    Cancel 1 weeks before start of camp: 10% Refund

    Cancel 2 weeks before start of camp: 20% Refund

    Cancel 3 weeks before start of camp: 30% Refund 

    Cancel 4 weeks before start of camp: 40% Refund

    Cancel 5 weeks prior to the start of camp and recieve a max 50% refund.

    Cancel 72 hours after initial payment and recieve 100% refund. *Product must be purchased at least 5 weeks prior to start date of camp otherwise the policy will follow the rules above. For example: If you purchasesed a spot 2 weeks before the camp start date and two days later request a refund the max amount would be 20% of the total purchase price.

    There is no refund for service charge fees. All online refunds will be released electornically or in person with in a month of request. City Sports Camp LLC can not control the speed of online refunds. Any issues or delays with refunds should be communicated directly with the third party payment site. 

    Liability Form

    Before attending camp all attendees must have a completed CSC Summer Camp Liability Form on file. There will be no refund for refusing to sign the CSC Liability Form.

    By checking the yes and submitting the form you acknolwedge and understand all the terms listed above and will not hold City Sports Camp, San Francisco Unified School District, Cambel Unified School District or any of it's members/staff liable.
