Service Agreement
This Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Diño’s Grillz and Jewelry (the “Company”) and the undersigned customer (the “Customer”). By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions regarding the creation of their custom jewelry piece:
1. Acknowledgment of Custom Work
• The Customer acknowledges that they are entering into a direct contract with Diño’s Grillz and Jewelry for the creation of a custom jewelry piece.
• The Customer understands that the nature of custom work involves craftsmanship, and while the Company strives for perfection, slight errors, mishaps, or delays may occur.
2. Commitment to Quality
• The Company is committed to delivering a high-quality custom piece and has the Customer’s best interest at heart.
• The Customer agrees to allow the Company the necessary time to complete the custom work to its standards. In the event of errors or delays, the Company will accommodate the Customer with a detailed solution to resolve the issue.
3. Willingness to Accommodate Adjustments
• The Customer acknowledges that if a custom grill requires adjustments or remaking, they are open to the possibility of redoing the mold or process to ensure the correct fit and quality.
• For other custom jewelry pieces, the Customer agrees to work with the Company if additional payments or adjustments are necessary to complete the project.
4. No Refund Policy
• The Customer acknowledges that custom orders are non-refundable due to the personalized nature of the work.
• In rare cases where the Company agrees to issue a refund on a percentage level, the Customer understands that the refund process may take up to the same duration as the payment plan (e.g., up to six months for a six-month payment plan). Alternatively, the Company may offer an extra jewelry piece or other accommodations as a resolution, to be negotiated with the Customer.
5. Payment Terms
• The Customer agrees to make payments as outlined in the payment plan. Full payment must be made before production begins or continues on the custom piece.
• The Customer understands that delays in payments may result in extended turnaround times for their order.
6. Media and Public Complaints
• The Customer agrees that publicly posting complaints, including on social media or other platforms, about delays, mishaps, or errors without first working with the Company to resolve the issue is a breach of this Agreement.
• The Customer acknowledges that the Company’s terms and conditions prohibit such actions, and any breach may result in cancellation of the order without refund or other consequences as outlined by the Company.
7. Resolution and Communication
• The Customer agrees to communicate directly with the Company regarding any issues with their order.
• The Company will work diligently to provide a solution, including corrections or accommodations, within a reasonable timeframe.
8. Entire Agreement
• This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Company and the Customer and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
9. Acceptance of Terms
By signing this Agreement, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions outlined above.
