Authorization for Credit and Background Check

Applicant(s) permit and agree to pay a fee of $50 per applicant for a credit and background check to be performed.

By signing below, I, the undersigned applicant(s), certify that the information provided in this application is accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand that submitting this application does not guarantee tenancy. I hereby authorize Brooke Gibby and Watts Real Estate to verify all information provided, including but not limited to contacting employers, landlords, and references.

Furthermore, I grant permission for Brooke Gibby and Watts Real Estate to obtain my credit report and conduct a background check as part of the tenant screening process. I understand that these checks may include credit history, criminal background, and eviction records.

I acknowledge that any false information provided may result made by me will be sufficient grounds to reject this application or, if discovered after a lease agreement is signed, may result in lease termination.
