CLASS DESCRIPTION Countertechnique Founder Anouk van Dijk returns to New York!

The Countertechnique classes are all about enabling dancers to move bigger, more fluidly and more spatially, while becoming more aware of their surroundings, with decreased body tension and more range of motion. Be prepared to work proactively, think creatively, and perform at a high physical level.
