Approval into and continued participation in camp is contingent on:
Completed Camp Registration
Registrations are considered "completed" when (1) all of the required information has been entered including, but not limited to household contacts, emergency contacts, camper health information, selection of programs, and payment information and (2) the selection of weeks have been "submitted."
Review Process
Completed and submitted registrations are automatically placed on a waitlist where they will be reviewed:
Eligibility- Campers meet the age guidelines of the programs for which they are registered.
SJPDS Early Childhood Camp- Campers must be at least 3.5 years old at the start of the session for which they are registered and not older than having completed Kindergarten (entering Transitional Kindergarten or Kindergarten is acceptable).
SJPDS Lower School Camp- Campers entering Kindergarten through 2nd Grade are eligible for the "K-2 camp," while campers entering 3rd through 5th grade are eligible for the "3-5 camp."
Suitability- Medical, health, dietary, and/or other accommodation(s) as well as past participation in camp or school will be reviewed to ensure that the camp can sufficiently meet the needs of the camper.

Additional forms may be required before a camper's acceptance and/or continuation in camp.
Financial Obligations
All past financial obligations must be met before a camper's acceptance and/or continuation in camp.
While on the waitlist, there is no obligation to make a payment(s).
Once accepted into the camp, there are several methods to make payment as well as options for paying in full, with a scheduled plan, or incrementally. Whichever method and options are chosen, all financial obligations must be met before the start of the camper's sessions except with the expressed and written consent of the camp director.
Registration Deadlines & Modification Fees
Once accepted, any modifications to the original registration may result in a $20.00 fee.
There is a $50 cancellation fee per week for cancellations between May 1 and May 31, 2024.
Refunds will not be issued for requested cancellations after May 31, 2024.
Late-Pick Up Fees
For campers picked up after the time designated by their registration, SJPDS standard late fees will apply beginning at 5:30 P.M., ($25 for the first 10 minutes, then $1 per minute thereafter).
