Contractor Details and Agreement

This Agreement is entered into by Sams Property Co Pty Ltd (the "Agency") and the undersigned contractor (the "Contractor"). By signing this Agreement, the Contractor agrees to comply with the following terms and conditions:1. SCOPE OF WORK The Contractor agrees to provide maintenance, repair, or other property-related services as requested by the Agency, adhering to professional standards and applicable laws and regulations.2. TERM OF AGREEMENTThis Agreement will commence upon signing and will remain in effect until terminated by either party. 3. COMPLIANCE AND LICENSINGThe Contractor must:Maintain all required licenses, certifications, and insurance policies.Submit up-to-date documentation as specified in this form. Notify the Agency promptly of any changes in licensing, insurance, or compliance status.4. WORK ORDERS AND PERFORMANCEWork requests will be issued via phone or email.Contractors must respond to non-emergency job requests within 48 hours and emergency requests immediately.Notify the Agency of delays or inability to complete assigned work.5. CONDUCT AND PROPERTY ACCESSMaintain professional behavior and appearance while performing services.Obtain proper consent and follow all access procedures required by law. Report additional property issues observed during visits.6. COST APPROVAL AND INVOICINGDo not exceed pre-approved cost limits without prior written approval from the Agency.Submit invoices promptly upon job completion, addressed to:“The Owner c/- Sams Property Co Pty Ltd”Payments will be processed monthly unless requested otherwise. 7. LIABILITY AND INDEMNITYThe Contractor is responsible for any damage, injury, or loss resulting from their work.The Contractor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sam’ Property Co Pty Ltd, its clients, and tenants against claims arising from the Contractor's performance of services.8. TERMINATIONThis Agreement may be terminated by the Agency immediately in the event of:Breach of contract terms.Failure to maintain required licenses or insurance.Non-compliance with safety or professional standards.9. CONFIDENTIALITYThe Contractor agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information related to the Agency, its properties, and tenants.10. ENTIRE AGREEMENTThis document constitutes the entire Agreement between the Agency and the Contractor. No amendments will be valid unless agreed upon in writing by both parties.By signing below, the Contractor agrees to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
