          • PLEASE READ AND SIGN ACCEPTANCE OF THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

            1. I am willing to be a member of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI of Wollongong.

            2. I am willing to respect the rules of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI and accept all decisions given by the committee elected:
            Lidija Mitreski, Biljana Manevski, Biljana Jovanovski, Jason Koloski, Liz Ilievski, Daniela Mladenoski & Daniel Kolevski.
            - The committee of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI have the right to consult and take appropriate action, if any, if the rules above are not adhered to this may result in expulsion from the group without refund.

            - I will adhere to Covid rules and regulations set out. 

            3. FEES
            - I agree to pay the annual Membership fee of $30 per family
            - I agree to pay annual registration fees of $170.00 per dancer.
            - Registration fees are non-refundable or transferable and must be paid at the time of registration or by Wednesday 2nd March 2026,if fees are not paid at this time an increase of $10 per month per child will be added to your fees total starting in March 2026.

            - If any parent has difficulty meeting membership fees, please consult with the treasurer to arrange a confidential instalment plan.

            4. AGES (THESE ARE APPROXIMATE GUIDELINES ONLY)
            -Age guidelines for each dance group are as follows (based on SCHOOL YEARS and are APPROXIMATE)
            Small Group - 4 years - Year 4 Middle Group - Year 5 – 8 Big Group - Year 9 and up
            - Consideration will be made for dancers to be involved in other groups outside of the above guidelines (for relief or otherwise) at the discretion of the choreographer and committee.
            - Parents are not to interfere with choreographer's job and decision.
            - All comments and/or issues from the parents are to be directed to Lidija Mitreski who will be the liaison on behalf of the committee of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI and the choreographers.
            - Negativity /criticism or abuse towards the choreographer's will not be tolerated.

            5. PERFORMANCES
            - We ask all dancers and their parents to be involved and active with the rehearsals, functions, meetings and attend performances of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI.
            - Dancers are required to attend all functions organised by MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI and perform in full outfits (including scarves and stockings) as decided by the choreographer and/or committee.
            - Dancers who don’t attend training before an upcoming function, will not be allowed to perform at the function.
            - All dancers need to be accompanied and supervised by a parent or an ADULT nominated by their parent at ALL times at trainings and at MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI functions. In the interest of better quality and success of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI we request all parents take responsibility and take direct control of their children at all times.
            - ''Bullying” or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated by the committee or the group in general.
            - During rehearsals and performance of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI any damage caused by a dancer will be the responsibility of the parents to pay for damage(s).
            - I agree as member of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI that I will assist and accept an offer to help in the preparation of at least three (3) functions per year. I understand that any commitment made to help in the preparation of any MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI function will be taken seriously - as not fulfilling these commitments affects the success of the dancing group. A roster of all families will be presented to each family with designated assignments/jobs/tasks.
            - Any behavior on the part of the dancer or the parents deemed by MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI as undesirable or inappropriate may result in immediate expulsion as a dancer/member of MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI with no refund of membership fees.

            6. UNIFORMS
            -A $200 uniform fee is required for use of the uniform unless otherwise advised. All uniforms must be obtained through MKUD Makedonski Biseri Committee. Your child will not be allowed to perform in any other outfit.

            PLEASE NOTE- There is NO uniform bond refund.
            The uniform fee is a one-time fee charged for the use of the uniform during your child’s enrolment and is not a refundable bond.

            - No thongs are to be worn at training, closed in shoes only are to be worn at training at all times

            - No chewing gum at any time.

            Uniforms and equipment provided by MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI must be returned upon ending membership or before the start of the next year's registration. ALL UNIFORMS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI

            7. SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY & PUBLICITY
            -I give permission for my child/children's name or any photos from functions, events and excursions to be used in official MKUD MAKEDONSKI BISERI website, emails, Facebook page and/or other social media and/or any other official publications such as the group newsletter or group calendar.
            - I agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
