SALE RULES
Method of sale – Each Lot will be Sold in Pounds Sterling (£) and a Buyers’ Premium of 5% (plus VAT) will be added to the Bid Price.
No Entry Fee on Lots.
Vendor’s Commission of 5% (plus VAT) will be charged.
Purchasers – Payment in full of the final bid plus all transfer costs will be due within 3 working days otherwise the Vendor will retain full ownership of the Lot/s Purchased. Lots cannot be split and Bid Price will be per Straw or Embryo.
Payment to Vendors will only be made when the Purchaser’s account is settled.
Fees regarding Transfers are the responsibility of the Purchaser, the Vendor is responsible for ensuring the Storage Location details are given for any Lots sold and where they are to be transferred to.
Only Grade A/1 Embryos will be accepted, and no more than 3 Lots per Mating or per Bull shall be put forward for sale. (THIS IS FOR EMBRYOS ONLY )
Please make your Storage Centre aware of the lots you are putting forward for sale, Semen Storage can be arranged at Melton Mowbray Market should you need it.
