2025 Hoofprints Through Illinois Vendor Form

The inaugural Hoofbeats Through Illinois, presented by Horsemen's Council of Illinois (HCI), event is a celebration of the equine community in Illinois. This event is March 8 & 9, 2025 at the Illinois State Fairgrounds in Springfield, IL.

All vendors will be placed in the heated Artisan Building. Setup for vendors is Friday, March 7, 2025 from 8 AM to 6 PM Central Time. If you are unable to setup during this time, alternative setup times may be available at HCI's discretion and will incur an additional fee.

Vendors are required to have their booths manned and in full operation during the the exhibit hall hours:

Saturday, March 8, 2025: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 9, 2025: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
