Multiple deposits required for multiple camps.* This field is required.4-Day Camps (8 kids maximum) dates as follows: $400 each If your not sure which level of camp for your child please ask they will have more fun in the appropriate group, we try to keep friends together, ages similar etc. as we get registrations in. All Camps include 2 riding lessons a day, horsemanship skills/ theory lessons on the ground/ in the classroom, water games, on site petting zoo and some fun arts and crafts. Intermediate Western/ English Flat: No jumping, for students that have ridden for more then 6 months ( can comfortably canter with a group) More time spent on ground pole work, dressage/working equitation exercises, western games, mounted games and trail riding. You don't need to jump to have fun with horses. Learn to Ride/Western/English Flat: looking to learn how to ride, have ridden before and just not ready to jump or prefer western riding. This camp is limited to 6 riders for more one on one support with 2 instructors present and some volunteer helpers. Kids will learn all the basic safety around horses, how to tack up properly, on the ground handling skills and 2 riding lessons a day. Horsemanship Camp: This Camp includes a more in-depth coverage of what we offer in our 8 week horsemanship program compacted over 4 days. There is still 1 riding session per day but more time spent on learning ground work, horse communication, etc.. Jumping Camps: Comfortable cantering, trotting without stirrups, holding a steady two-point jumping position on the flat and ready to start learning to jump ---> jumping under 2.3ft. heights and groups will be adjusted to accommodate different skill levels. Advanced Camp: Is for students that have jumped 2.3ft courses or higher steadily. Has more of an in depth dressage content coverage, and more technical riding mechanics covered. (jumping for at least 6 months in lessons minimum) This camp will be selective entry. Camp Dates: June 26-June 29 Jumping Camp July 2-5 Intermediate Flat Camp July 7-10 Beginner Western/English flat Level July 14- 17 Jumping Camp July 28-31 Advanced Jump Camp 2.6ft+ Aug 19- 22 Horsemanship Camp August 24-27 Jumping Camp Adult Camp +16 years or Older Only This camp runs from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM daily, on a weekend. Adult camp is always based on the skill level of the participants and may include jumping, dressage, games, and trail rides. The choice of what to focus on is left up to the group. Mostly, this weekend is about having fun with horses and getting away for a weekend from your busy working life.
