DEADLINES

You will be sent an invoice via Xero soon after the registration deadline. Please ensure that you pay via the link provided in the email.
YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION TO COMPLETE THIS FORM
1. Three high resolution .jpgs of your work. Images should be saved as .jpgs at 300 dpi, measuring 100mm x 100mm. The first image will go in the brochure AND on the website, the other two images will ONLY go on the website.
To select and crop pictures to a square format, choose a focal point of your artwork, ensuring it’s centered. Use cropping tools to adjust the image dimensions evenly on all sides, maintaining balance and enhancing visual appeal for optimal representation. You don’t have to show the entire artwork, a cropped section allows you to highlight specific elements that may be particularly appealing. This can draw attention to details, textures, or colours that might otherwise be overlooked in a wider view. A well-chosen crop can enhance the visual impact of the artwork, making it more striking and memorable. This is particularly important in the brochure, where you have limited space to capture attention.
2. A maximum 30 word artist statement/description of your work, which must be written in the third person.
3. The location of your venue using what3words.
4. Public Liability Insurance cover of at least two million pounds (failure to have this will mean you cannot exhibit).
