The Big Red Barn Folk Arts & Craft Fair will be held on Saturday, May 10, 2025, from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm at the Maplewood Area Historical Society - Bruentrup Heritage Farm located at 2170 County Road D E, Maplewood MN 55109. This event will take place rain or shine, so dress or prepare accordingly. We will be offering Friday set-up at your own risk.
Submitting this application does not guarantee involvement in the Big Red Barn Folk Arts & Crafters Fair.
After staff have reviewed your application, you will be emailed with your acceptance and a link to complete payment and registration or a waitlist notification.

REGISTRATION POLICY AND GUIDELINES:
PAYMENT MUST BE RECEIVED TO FINALIZE YOUR VENDOR REGISTRATION.
Payment indicates your agreement to participate and abide by the Cancellation Policy below.
One OUTDOOR vendor space: $100 (10' x 10')
One INDOOR vendor space: $125
(Spaces are NOT 10' x 10' inside barn. Spaces are roughly 5' x 8' but may vary based on exact spot.)
INDOOR SPOTS ARE SOLD OUT. ONLY OUTDOOR SPOTS REMAIN.
ONE vendor / business is permitted per each booth registration, even if you request multiple vendor spaces during your registration.
This event will take place rain or shine, so dress or prepare accordingly. We will be offering Friday set-up at your own risk.
You must provide your own tables, chairs, and booth set-up items. Vendors must have the appropriate tent, display, and item weights.
We will do our best to accomodate vendors in their previous placements, but we cannot guarantee repeated placements. Some vendors have staggered appearances at the Folk Arts Fair and multiple vendors may have the same "usual" spots. We do our best to stagger vendor locations so each vendor is not placed near vendors of their similar type.
If you need electricity for your booth, you must indicate so on this form.
Please indicate on this form if you have any special accomodation requests for your booth. We do our best to accomodate, but due to the nature of our historic farm site, the number of special accomodation requests, and the limited availibility we have, we cannot guarantee every request will be fulfilled. Thank you for your understanding.
Vendors must provide MAHS with an updatd ST-19 or other applicable form as appropriate to participate in this event.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Submission of registration and/or payment indicates a commitment to participate in the Big Red Barn Folk Arts Fair. Due to the amount of work that goes into the reviewing process, all vendors withdrawing from the Fair after their acceptance and registration are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is not paid, we will add the vendor to a restricted vendor list. It is your responsibility to notify us if you cannot attend so that vendors on the waiting list may be contacted. As this is an important fundraiser for our museum, there are no refunds if you cannot attend the event. Any no-call, no-show vendors will automatically be added to the restricted vendor list and will not be invited to participate in any future events.
