Important Vendors Information
The event will take place on May 23 and May 24, 2024, starting at 9:00 AM each day and concluding at 5:00 PM on May 24. Vendor setup begins 1 hour prior to the event start time. Vendors are responsible for setting up and tearing down their booths. To secure a table for the selected date(s), the vendor must pay the full balance. Please note that all payments are non-refundable.
*The vendor will be invoiced and is required to make payment within 48 hours of receiving the invoice; otherwise, the vendor reservation will be canceled.
