    I am a returning student accepting the special rate and privilege to participate in the program to refresh my Reiki Skills and gain Shamanic Wisdom.

    I agree to participate in the Reiki & Shamanic Level 1 & Level 2 Certification Classes with the understanding that the teachings, education and care provided by Angie Tobón, “Vital Ki Institute of Holistic Education” are with good intentions and for my own professional growth, health, lifestyle guidance, and education.  

    I represent and warrant that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions which would prevent my full participation in these Reiki Certification Classes.

    I agree and assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries or damage known or unknown which might occur as a result of participating in the REIKI & SHAMANIC LEVEL 1 & 2 classes offered and release the instructor, Vital Ki Institute and any assistants of any liability with respect to any advice, guidance or anything related to the courses.


    I * hereby waive the liability of and agree to hold harmless any of Vital Ki staff, facilitators and all of the helpers, associates, employees, agents, staff, family successors, volunteers and other participants. 

    I further agree to defend and indemnify them from any claims, suits and demands. This agreement is binding upon myself, my spouse, any family member, heirs, executors, administrators, agents and assigns.

    *Cancellation Policy:  $50 admin fee per class cancelled and No refunds will be given 7 days prior to the date the course starts. (50% of the monies can be used for future Vital Ki event or program)
