條款與細則
1) 每節工作坊為2小時，最多可容納6人，名額有限，額滿即止。
2) 工作坊以廣東話授課。
2) 成功轉帳後並於此表格內上傳付款成功的截圖，方作完成報名程序。 我們會於完成報名當天起計後兩個工作天內以電郵向參加者發出確認通知，收到確認電郵後才算正式報名成功。請檢查電子郵件以獲取確認信，如未能收到相關郵件，請先檢查「垃圾郵件箱」。
4) 已成功登記之工作坊不可作更改、退款及退換。
5) 所有報名必須在截止日期 22/1/2025 23:59 前完成，逾期將不予受理。
6) 塊根植物款式均根據實際供應情況而定，我們保留隨時更改或調整款式的權利，恕不另行通知。
7) 如在工作坊開始前遇惡劣天氣或不可預測的情況，最新安排將另行公佈。
8) 報名工作坊所提交之個人資料只作登記、入場及資料核實用途，所有資料會絕對保密。參加者參與是次活動即等同接受和同意所有條款及細則。
9) 所有參加者必須在工作坊開始前至少 10 分鐘到達場地，並於入場前出示相應確認電郵。若參加者無法出示上述所須資料作認證用，BOTANIZE 將有權拒絕參加者參加工作坊。
10) 工作坊不設候補名單。如參加者在工作坊開始 20 分鐘後仍然缺席，將不能參與該次工作坊，並不設後補安排。
11) 參加者需須自行保管其個人財物及負責個人安全，主辦單位不承擔任何因參與活動而產生的責任。
12) BOTANIZE 有權將所拍攝的照片和視頻用於培訓和 / 或宣傳的用途。如不同意者，請於工作坊開始前提早告知。
13) 如有任何爭議，BOTANIZE 保留更改此工作坊的權利，無需事前通知。
14) 本條款及細則的中英文版本如有任何異議，一概以中文版本為準。
Terms and Conditions
1) Each workshop lasts 2 hours and can accommodate a maximum of 6 participants. Spaces are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.
2) The workshop will be conducted in Cantonese.
3) After completing the payment, please upload a screenshot of the payment confirmation using the form provided to complete your registration. We will send a confirmation email to participants within two working days from the registration date. Your registration will only be considered successful upon receipt of the confirmation email. If you do not receive the email, please first check your "Spam" folder.
4) Registered workshops cannot be changed, refunded, or exchanged.
5) All registrations must be completed by January 22, 2025, at 23:59. Late registrations will not be accepted.
6) The styles of plants are subject to actual supply conditions. We reserve the right to change or adjust the styles without prior notice.
7) Any updates regarding arrangements in the event of severe weather or unforeseen circumstances will be announced separately before the workshop begins.
8) The personal data submitted for workshop registration will be used solely for registration, entry, and data verification purposes. All information will be kept strictly confidential. You accept and agree to all terms and conditions by participating in this event.
9) All participants must arrive at the venue 10 minutes before the workshop starts and present the corresponding confirmation email for entry. If you cannot provide the required documents for verification, BOTANIZE reserves the right to refuse entry to the workshop.
10) There is no waiting list for the workshop. If a participant is absent 20 minutes after the workshop starts, they will not be allowed to participate, and no alternative arrangements will be made.
11) Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and ensuring their own safety. The organizer does not assume any liability arising from participation in the event.
12) BOTANIZE has the right to use photos and videos taken during the workshop for training and/or promotional purposes. If you disagree with this, please inform us before the workshop begins.
13) In case of any disputes, BOTANIZE reserves the right to modify the workshop without prior notice.
14) In the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
