Media Credential Request Form

All media outlet personnel and anyone wanting to produce content from a Coast 2 Coast Preps event must complete this registration form.
Filling out this form does NOT automatically mean you are approved to cover the event.

Every event you attend, you must check in an get the proper event media pass.

Please fill out all fields, review, and sign below.

Approval will be sent via email to the email address you have provided.

The use of our logo is required on all pieces of content. If approved, we will send you a copy of the logo.

By accepting media credentials, you grant Coast 2 Coast Preps permission to repost, share, publish, and promote any event-related content captured or created at Coast 2 Coast Preps events across its digital and social platforms.

All credentialed media — including writers, scouts, videographers, and photographers — must tag @coast2coastpreps on all social media content related to the event. This includes coverage posted on Instagram, X/Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms.

We reserve the right to revoke media credentials and remove any individual from the event who does not follow these guidelines.
