A. Withdrawal/Postponement
- Notification Requirement
- Participants who wish to withdraw or postpone must inform the Administration Officer at least 15 working days before the scheduled course date.
- Any withdrawal or postponement made less than 15 working days before the course will be considered a last-minute withdrawal.
- Last-Minute Withdrawals
- Failure to inform the Office within the required time frame will result in NO REFUND of course fees.
- Requests for rescheduling in such cases will not be accepted.
- Participants who wish to attend at a later date must submit a new registration for the Marriage Course and pay the prevailing course fee, subject to APKIM’s acceptance and availability.
- Rescheduling (with Notice)
- Participants who inform the Administration Officer at least 15 working days in advance may request to reschedule once to the next available course date.
- A $50 administrative and logistical fee will apply for subsequent changes.
- This fee may be waived if the participant finds a replacement to take up their slot.
- Exceptions for Last-Minute Situations
- Situations such as illness, bereavement (death of a family member), or urgent work recall will still be treated as last-minute withdrawals.
- However, upon submission of valid proof (e.g., medical certificate, death certificate, or work memo), participants may be allowed one rescheduling to the next available online course date.
- Rescheduled sessions will be conducted online only and a $50 administrative and logistical fee will apply.
B. Attendance & Punctuality
- Course Schedule
- Sessions are scheduled for {groupMarriage}.
- Sessions run from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Any changes to timing will be communicated via WhatsApp.
- Punctuality Requirement
- Participants must be punctual for all sessions.
- Participants who are 15 minutes late for any session, or who fail to complete any session, will be considered as having withdrawn from the course.
- This will be treated as a last-minute withdrawal, and the terms under Section A will apply.
- Online Session Requirement
- For online sessions, participants are required to have their cameras turned on throughout.
- Failure to comply may result in rejection of the rebate application.
C. Validity
The certificate is valid for couples who meet the eligibility conditions (both are above 21 years of age) and for a duration of 3 years from the date of issue.
D. Attire
Do dress comfortably and appropriately with respect to the covering of aurah.
